Delete your Revela account
Request deletion of your Revela account and associated personal data.
If you created a Revela account (for example, to host events with Apple or Google sign-in), you can request deletion below. Guest participants who joined an event without creating an account do not have a Revela account to delete.
What we delete
- Your Revela profile (name, email, avatar, and sign-in identifiers).
- Account settings and app preferences linked to your user ID.
- Your membership in events you joined as an identified user.
- Photos you uploaded that are tied to your account, subject to event-host obligations where applicable.
What may be retained
- Information we must keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- Aggregated or de-identified data that cannot reasonably identify you.
- Limited backup copies for a short period before they are purged from active systems.
Processing time
We verify each request and aim to complete deletion within 30 days. You may receive a confirmation email when processing starts and when your account has been deleted.
Before you submit
Deletion is permanent. You will lose access to events you host or joined with this account. If you only need help with a single event, contact us instead.
